Guidelines

We are happy to be back! Our priority is opening safely, and ensuring all clients and staff are protected when they come to Ecco! We will be implementing new practices for safe operations.

 

Physical Distancing

  • Clients will be serviced at every other station, 6ft apart.

  • Clients will have the entire appointment with their stylist as we will not be double booking until further notice.

  • All services are by appointment only, until further notice.

 

Guest Protocals

  • Clients showing visible symptoms will be asked to reschedule 3 days after they stop experiencing symptoms.

  • All clients must enter through the front door and check in - this is where they will be screened.

  • Once clients check in they will go to their car/outside until their stylist is ready for them.

  • Clients are encouraged to pay with card or check.

  • Please do not touch retail products. Simply ask our front desk for assistance.

  • All retail products will be sanitized prior to bagging the product.

  • All clients must sign release form upon arrival.

  • Please remember to come light brining only your necessities. For example, no guests, no large bags etc.

Facility Safety

  • All staff will be required to have their temperature checked and fill out a symptom screening form at the beginning of every shift.

  • Doors and windows will be open to allow extra air flow.

  • Limited use of reusable goods.

  • Clients should bring only bare essentials (no pets, or extra guests).

  • All stylist to get Barbicide Certified/COVID19 Certified.

  • There will be no excess seating in the salon, no magazines and no beverages.

 

Sanitation

  • Disposable smocks will be provided to all clients for one time use.

  • Additional trash cans will be placed outside to dispose of mask/gloves.

  • Stylist will need to keep record of all station sanitation, we will provide check lists for every station.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at all entrances.

  • Stylist stations must be sanitized in between each client.

  • Door knobs and high traffic areas will be sanitized every 30 minutes.

  • POS Terminals will be cleaned after each client.
